We're so excited for you to start using your new J3! Follow these steps for a smooth setup:

1. The chamber set comes pre-assembled. Take it apart and clean each piece separately with soap and warm water before first use.
2. Combine the spinning brush, juice strainer, and auger. Insert the strainer into the spinning brush, then insert the auger into the strainer.
3. You'll notice two wings on the strainer, one large and one small. Firmly place the strainer set into the chamber by matching up the large and small cutouts. Push down until the top of the auger sits just below the top of the strainer.
4. Place the hopper onto the chamber by aligning the guide mark on the hopper with the unlock symbol on the chamber. Rotate the hopper clockwise until the guide mark lines up with the Lock symbol. Then place the hopper and chamber set onto the base, aligning the lid tab with the control knob.
5. If the hopper doesn't rotate to lock properly, double check that the internal components of the chamber set are assembled correctly.
6. Pull up on the lid tab.
7. Insert the power cord into the back of the base, then plug it into your outlet.
8. It's totally normal to hear the juicer click into place.
9. If the juicer doesn't turn on, check that the chamber set is assembled correctly, the guide mark is in the LOCKED position, and the hopper lid is closed.
