A small amount of vibration is normal during blending or spinning. However, if the M1 seems louder than usual or is moving more than expected, here are a few things to check.
1. Make sure the M1 is on a stable surface
Place the machine on a dry, flat, stable countertop.
Moisture under the base can cause the unit to shift or “hydroplane,” which increases vibration.
2. Check that the filter basket and blade frame are fitted correctly
Remove the filter basket and blade frame and reinstall them to ensure they are seated evenly inside the chamber.
If these parts are not aligned or fully inserted, the machine may wobble.
Inspect the filter basket and blade frame for any dents or damage. Minor wear is normal, but visible deformities can affect balance and should be replaced.
3. Reduce ingredient imbalance
Ingredients that are very dense, unevenly sized or fibrous can cause the chamber to become unbalanced during blending or spinning.
For best results:
• Keep ingredient pieces under 1 inch
• Avoid overfilling above the Max Fill Line
• Add more liquid if the blend seems too thick
4. Overloading can cause excess vibration
If the chamber is filled above the Max Fill Line, the M1 may vibrate more strongly. Reduce the volume of ingredients and try again.
If the vibration is loud, sudden or accompanied by unusual noise, the machine may need service. In that case, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help.
