In our experience with missing packages, most have turned up within a few days. Holiday rushes, inclement weather, and other factors may cause delivery delays.
To save time, couriers will sometimes scan packages as delivered once they are loaded on the delivery truck. Please allow them a couple extra days to deliver it to your door.
If you don't receive your juicer within a week, please contact us with your order number, correct shipping address and proof of missing package (security footage, message from the post office, etc.), so we can file a claim and work to get you your juicer ASAP!
