We don't recommend freezing juice in your glass bottles. If you'd like to freeze your juice, transfer it to a freezer-safe container first.
How do I assemble the Sorbet Attachment?
Insert the auger into the sorbet attachment, aligning the large and small wings with the cutouts on the chamber.Assemble the hopper just as you would for juicing.Place the pulp container under the pulp outlet to catch your sorbet.Turn the juicer ON.
What ingredients work best for making sorbet?
Frozen fruits like berries, mangoes, and bananas, plus frozen yogurts, all work great.
Should I assemble the spinning brush with the Sorbet Attachment?
No, please leave the spinning brush out when using the Sorbet Attachment.
