We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We generally ship all orders within one business day. If you&apos;ve ordered your juicer after 9 am, you can expect it to ship the following business day. If you placed your order on a Friday, your order will ship on Monday. We&apos;ll send you an email to track your package once it gets picked up by the courier. Please allow them up to 48 hours to submit the initial scan. You can login to your account to check the status of your order or track your package if it&apos;s already shipped.

We offer free domestic ground shipping for orders over $100 within the 48 contiguous states in the US for Nama Juicers. Expedited shipping is available to most regions for a fee. Purchases of parts and orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories are shipped at discounted rates through FedEx, UPS, and DHL without any mark-up. Please note shipping to P.O. Box will incur a charge as FedEx and UPS are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes. International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. We ship to most countries on DDP terms.
