Tip 1 — Add Liquids First: Add liquids, such as milks, water, or juice to the blender first. 

Tip 2 — Leafy Greens: Next, add leafy greens, like kale or spinach. 

Tip 3 — Nuts and Seeds: Add any nuts or seeds, such as pumpkin seeds or walnuts. 

Tip 4 — Soft Ingredients: Soft ingredients like yogurt or nut butters can be added next. 

Tip 5 — Fresh Produce: Layer any fresh fruits or vegetables on top of your soft ingredients. 

Tip 6 — Frozen Ingredients: Next, place frozen ingredients, such as frozen berries or mango. 

Tip 7 — Powders: Protein powders, adaptogens, or fibers should be added last. Powders can also be added through the dosing cap in the lid while blending. 

Tip 8 — Start Slow: Begin blending at a slower speed or use the Blend preset program. To manually increase speed, turn the control knob clockwise up to maximum speed.
