Step 1 — Remove From the Base: Unplug the power cord with dry hands. Holding the handle on the hopper, lift the entire chamber set off the base. 

Step 2 — Remove the Hopper: Turn the hopper counterclockwise to remove it from the chamber. 

Step 3 — Remove the Lid: Pull the release tab and lift up. 

Step 4 — Wash Parts: Wash each part under warm water with a sponge and the cleaning brush. 

Step 5 — Pulp Outlet: Release the pulp outlet loop to clean the pulp outlet. 

Step 6 — Pulp Outlet Gasket: Detach the silicone pulp outlet gasket to clean. Simply push it back into place to reinstall. 

Step 7 — Dry Each Part: Always completely dry, or allow parts to air dry, before reassembling. 

Step 8 — Clean the Base: Wipe the base with a dry towel or soft cloth. 

Step 9 — Deep Clean: Soak parts overnight in warm water and 3.5oz/100 grams of baking soda. You can also use equal parts warm water and vinegar.
