J2 Assembly & First UseUpdated a month ago
Before you start
Make sure the juicer is unplugged.
The chamber set must be fully assembled before placing it on the motor base. The juicer will not start if you try to assemble it on the base due to an internal safety mechanism.
Step 1: Locate printed materials
Inside the chamber set box, find the “Start Here” envelope. It contains the user manual and quick‑start guide.
Reading these first will help you identify each part.
Step 2: Assemble the spinning parts
Combine the spinning brush, juice strainer, and auger:
Insert the spinning brush into the juice strainer.
Place the auger inside the strainer so it sits firmly and the top of the auger is level with the top edge of the strainer.
Step 3: Place the strainer into the chamber
You will see two wings on the strainer: one large and one small.
Match the large wing to the large cutout in the chamber.
Match the small wing to the small cutout.
Push down until the top of the auger is sitting flush with the top of the strainer.
Step 4: Attach the hopper and chamber set
Place the hopper on top of the chamber.
Align the guide mark on the hopper with the unlock symbol on the chamber.
Rotate the hopper clockwise until the guide mark lines up with the lock symbol.
If the chamber set is not fully locked or the hopper lid is open, the juicer will not turn on.
Step 5: Place the chamber set on the base
Hold the chamber set by the handle.
Lower it onto the motor base with the handle facing the front.
Ensure it sits flat and stable on the base.
Step 6: Check the hopper lid
To remove: squeeze the release tab and lift the hopper lid straight up.
To reconnect: place the lid on the hopper and press down firmly until you hear or feel a click.
If the hopper lid is not fully closed, the juicer will not turn on.
Step 7: Plug in and start juicing
Insert the power cord into the socket on the back of the base.
Plug the other end into a grounded power outlet.
Turn the juicer on. It is normal to hear a clicking sound when it starts.
If the juicer does not turn on, check that:
The chamber set was assembled off the base.
The chamber set is assembled correctly and seated on the base.
The hopper guide mark is in the LOCKED position.
The hopper lid is closed and clicked into place.
The power cord is securely plugged in.
