Step 1 — Celery: Cut your celery stalks into thirds. Wash your celery and insert into the juicer. Note: Depending on the size of your celery, cut to fit into your juicer.

Step 2 — Leafy Greens: Wash your kale and other similar leafy greens. Cut the kale leaves into thirds (or smaller) and insert into the juicer. This will prevent the leaves from wrapping around the processing blade.

Step 3 — Pineapple: Remove the top and skin of your pineapple. Cut the pineapple into pieces to fit inside your juicer hopper. It is safe to juice the pineapple core.

Step 4 — Citrus: Peeling any citrus is optional and depends on your personal preference. If you do not mind the slight bitter taste, feel free to keep the peel on. If you prefer to peel the citrus, try to keep as much of the white pith on as possible since it contains nutrients that help your body absorb the vitamin C and other amazing antioxidants found in citrus fruit. You can keep the seeds as they contain excellent nutrients as well. Cut to fit your juicer and juice.

Step 5 — Cucumber: Wash your cucumber and cut into thirds (or smaller) and insert into your juicer. You can keep the peel on.

Step 6 — Watermelon: Remove the rind and cut into wedges to fit in your juicer. You can keep the seeds in.

Step 7 — Beets: If you want to avoid the earthy taste, wash thoroughly or peel your beets. Depending on the size of your beets, slice to fit into your juicer. You can also juice your beet greens too.

Step 8 — Carrots: Wash your carrots thoroughly and cut to fit into your juicer. You can also juice the carrot with the greens and skin still on.

Step 9 — Apples: Core your apples and remove the seeds. Cut the apple to fit into your juicer.

Step 10 — Ginger: Wash your ginger thoroughly and cut off a piece according to your recipe. You can juice with the skin on.

Step 11 — Dates, Peaches, and Stone Fruits: Make sure you remove the pits of these fruits before juicing or it may damage the juicer. For stone fruits, wash thoroughly and cut to fit into your juicer.
