M1 Cleaning GuideUpdated 2 months ago
Step 1 — Finished Milk Making: Once you're done making milk, switch off the machine and twist the lid to remove it from the chamber.
Step 2 — Extracting the Pulp: Gently remove the filter basket and blade frame from the chamber. Grab the blade frame and rotate it while you remove the filter basket, extracting all of the pulp.
Step 3 — What to Do With the Pulp: Empty the pulp onto the pulp mat or into the compost bin. The dry pulp can be saved for later use.
Step 4 — Washing Each Part: Wash each part with warm, soapy water. Clean each piece with a sponge or the included cleaning brush to ensure all residues are removed.
Step 5 — Dry Before Reassembly: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling to avoid moisture buildup. Tip: You can use the processing cycle to clean the M1. Add a few drops of soap and 5 cups of water to the chamber and blend for 30 seconds, followed by the spin cycle. Once complete, disassemble the chamber and rinse with warm water in the sink.
