Why is my M1 vibrating or making noise?Updated 3 hours ago

A little vibration during blending or spinning is normal. But if it seems louder than usual or moving more than expected, here's what to check:

1. Make sure it's on a stable surface

Place your M1 on a dry, flat, stable countertop. Moisture underneath can cause it to shift or "hydroplane," which increases vibration.

2. Check that the filter basket and blade frame are seated correctly

Remove and reinstall them to make sure they're seated evenly inside the chamber. While you're at it, check for any dents or damage; visible wear can throw off the balance and may need replacing.

3. Watch for ingredient imbalance

• Keep ingredient pieces under 1 inch.
• Avoid filling above the Max Fill Line.
• Add more liquid if the blend seems too thick.

4. Avoid overloading

Filling above the Max Fill Line can cause extra vibration. Try reducing the amount of ingredients and running it again.
